How much does a pole barn pad cost?

It depends on size, how much your ground rises and falls, and stone depth. Site visits and quotes are free, and pads are one of our most-quoted projects statewide.

How high should a pad sit?

High enough that water never wins: typically above surrounding grade with the fall shaped away in every direction. Exact height depends on your site, and it is one of the things we get right that cheap pads get wrong.

When should the pad go in?

Before the building is scheduled, with time for the pad to prove itself through weather. The worst pad stories all start with a building crew arriving next week.
